About Me

I am a registered nurse and PhD-prepared health researcher. I have several years of experience working with people living with chronic illnesses and their family members. My goal is to improve the experiences of Canadian patients and family members by researching ways to align healthcare treatment with people's personal values and preferences. Specifically, I support people living with advanced chronic disease to make healthcare decisions that best fit with their goals and are grounded in their most important social relationships.
